Dried Morel Mushrooms – 1/2 oz

1/2 ounce of sun-dried morel mushrooms (Morchella sp.) collected in the spring 2025 season in northern Michigan. The drying process was started the day of collection. Dried morel mushrooms are shelf stable and will keep their flavor for a year or more, just rehydrate in warm water for about 10 minutes prior to cooking. 1/2 ounce dried mushrooms is about the size of a Ziploc snack-size baggy and is equivalent to approximately 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms depending on the original water content.
