We are a family of four that lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan and owns 80 acres of undeveloped, off-grid northern hardwood forest in Bliss Township, Michigan (the “Tip of the Mitt”). Established in 2023, Wilderness Wildcraft produces 100% pure maple syrup and offers seasonal foraged items including ramps (aka wild leeks), morel mushrooms and fiddleheads (Ostrich ferns). Our future plans include growing lavender, establishing beehives for honey, and producing log-grown shiitake mushrooms.
