We are a family of four that purchased 80 acres of forest in Northern Michigan to begin a maple syrup and foraged foods business. Established in 2023, Wilderness Wildcraft produces 100% pure maple syrup and will soon offer wild edibles such as ramps (wild leeks), fiddleheads, and maybe some morels! Our future plans include growing lavender, establishing beehives for honey, and producing log-grown shiitake mushrooms.
